Here’s a micro reset you can try anywhere — before a meeting, after a difficult call, or when your mind feels overloaded.
- Breathe in for 4 counts
- Hold for 4
- Breathe out for 4
- Hold again for 4
Repeat this for about a minute.
Notice how your body shifts. Your shoulders drop, your breathing steadies, and your mind clears just a little.
